GenScripts Pharmacy Midtown Tulsa

The general consensus among many consumer that have bad service and poor attitude are common among many businesses. I had the opportunity to experience just the opposite of such commonality with GenScripts Pharmacy on 41st and Hudson in Tulsa. I was experiencing anxiety as I accidentally took a double dose of a certain medication and I needed advice from a pharmacist. First, I called the corner drug store that I purchased the medication from, but the recorded messages kept advising me on everything except what I needed to speak to a pharmacist. After my anxiety combined with my frustration forced me to remember GenScripts, as I have purchased other medication from them. In less than 2 minutes a pharmacist was on the phone and sounding courteous. I can sense her willingness to listen while understandably being busy with other clients. I stated my case and the name of the medication I took, she clarified the matter for me in about 40 seconds and assured me that I will live. She took away my anxiety, frustration, in exchange of nothing. GenScripts, does not preach customer service, they practice it. The pharmacist that rescued me is Courtney. Thank you again Courtney.

My doctor told me that she was going to put my prescriptions at genscripts. Reason being I have no insurance and she said it would be way cheaper there. Well she was right😁 usually a 3 month supply of blood pressure medicine cost me $46. This time a 3 month supply cost $9.85 😍. The service was amazing. It seemed like the most upbeat pharmacy I've ever been to. God bless genscripts God bless the employees at genscripts God bless my new doctor and God bless America. Genscripts keeps this up I'll always keep coming back. Cuz all these years I knew I was paying way too much for prescriptions, now I don't have to and this blue collared worker can't afford much so thank you again 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😁

First, the prices at Gen Scripts are the absolute lowest in town. If you have Medicare and hate falling in the donut hole every year, then this is where you should get all the generic medications that you take on a daily basis. Sara, the pharmacist at this location, has always been very helpful and the pharmacy clerks are quick to help and very friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy, and you should definitely bring your medication list and see how much money you can save! Update 6/4/2019: I came in to drop off an Rx, but the doctor’s office put the wrong patient name on the prescription. The tech, Kylie, immediately noticed this and politely informed me that I would need to contact the doctor’s office. I’m thankful that the staff pays close attention to details and patient safety. After returning with the correct prescription, they quickly and correctly filled it!
